3. Religious Institution Status

Where applicable, Branner Global Christian University may seek or operate under religious exemption provisions pursuant to Florida law and applicable regulatory requirements.

Any religious exemption, if granted, does not by itself constitute institutional accreditation, federal recognition, government accreditation, or approval of all academic programs by the State of Florida.

Religious exemption status should not be interpreted as equivalent to state licensure, regional accreditation, national accreditation, federal approval, or professional licensing approval.

4. Florida Religious Exemption Disclosure

If Branner Global Christian University operates under a religious exemption in the State of Florida, the Institution shall make reasonable efforts to comply with applicable requirements for religious institutions, including the use of religious modifiers, religious educational purpose, and program alignment with religious vocations where required.

Religious programs may be designed to prepare students for religious vocations as ministers, professionals, or laypersons in categories such as ministry, counseling, theology, education, administration, music, fine arts, media communications, or social work.

The Institution will represent its exemption status accurately in official publications, website materials, enrollment documents, catalogs, and student communications.

5. Accreditation Disclosure

Branner Global Christian University will clearly disclose its accreditation status in official institutional materials.

Any private, religious, international, professional, or ecclesiastical accreditation, membership, affiliation, recognition, or certification shall be described according to its actual scope and limitations.

An apostille or authentication confirms the validity of a signature, seal, or official capacity for international document use. It does not by itself confirm academic equivalency, accreditation, professional licensure, government recognition, or degree validation in another jurisdiction.

Students are responsible for verifying the requirements of the receiving country, institution, government agency, employer, or credential evaluation body.
